my sister & her family are in the midst of moving to kentucky .. they found this house super cheap w/6 acres .. guess the selling standards in ky differ from others ..
... the house is full of black mold ... they plan on ripping it out and rebuilding it ...
... check it out ....

this is the bedroom that has to be entirely redone .. it's full of black mold, the hallway that leads to it as well

other then that, it's a really cute house ! and ya couldn't have beat the price

one of the cats had her kittens on the way there ...

carpets can use a super good cleaning or a good replacing .. prolly cost just as much to replace them as it would to clean them

this is the entrance .. it's a combo of the kitchen and the living room .. i thought it was a kitchen dining room combo .. ... for now, it's a flop room for the things that are making their way from the u-haul to the house

the battery on my phone was dying, fast, so i couldn't get nearly all the pics i wanted to get .. no worries though .. we're going to keep helping them move these next few weeks ... i'd like to get pics of the rest of the house, the property, and of course, all the animals
